- Arrive at your selected time and park in the designated car park – please see instructions below on how to find us
- Use the code in your confirmation email to unlock the gate to the field (and roadside gate if locked)
- At the end of your session, please close the field gate behind you
Note: to avoid congestion, please arrive and leave at your exact timeslot.
A dog walking field is a safe space for you to exclusively hire to exercise, train or play with your dog. During your time slot, you’ll have the entire field to yourself with no other dogs or humans!
Olivers Dog Walking Field has a 6ft fence around the entire perimeter, meaning you can let your dog off its lead with no chance of escaping!
Dog poo bags – all dog waste must be picked up and put in the designated bin please
Suitable footwear – while the field is grass, it may sometimes be muddy underfoot
Dog lead – to safely take your dog between your car and the field
Dog toys – you are welcome to bring along any toys for your dog to play with

The dog field is just along the road from the garden centre, with its own car park (not accessible from the garden centre car park) – keep an eye out for the ‘Olivers Dog Walking Field’ signs

Can I book & pay in the garden centre?
No – all bookings must be made online
Do I get the whole field to myself?
Yes! For the duration of your session, no other dogs or people will be in the field

Where do I park?
There is a dedicated car park, that fits 3 cars, just along the road from the garden centre car park – this is separate to and not accessible from the garden centre car park
Can I cancel or amend my booking?
Please email us at dogwalking@oliversnurseries.co.uk – we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or amend any booking.
Are dogs allowed in the garden centre?
Dogs are allowed in the garden centre, as long as they’re well behaved and on a lead. We ask that dogs are not taken into the Tea Room, for the benefit of other customers, but they are allowed in the Tea Room garden.
Is it suitable for all dogs?
With a 6ft fence around the perimeter, our field is safe for all dogs. Please be aware that rabbits are occasionally present in and around the dog field.
