Coronavirus Updates

Tuesday 12th May – shop to reopen WEDNESDAY 13TH MAY

Given the government’s latest advice, we are delighted to say that we will be reopening this week. We are implementing strict measures to ensure the safety of all customers & staff, which can be found below.

Delivery Service Suspended

Unfortunately, due to the huge amount of work needed to prepare the shop for reopening and the uncertainty around the first few days, we have decided to suspend our delivery service until at least Tuesday 19th May (this may change). More information can be found via the link below

How you can help

  • CARD PAYMENTS ONLY, no cash please
  • Please shop efficiently, and only touch products if you intend to buy them
  • Please follow our measures and any instructions given by our staff
  • Maintain at least a 2m gap to other customers and our staff
  • Always use hand sanitiser on entrance

HOW WE’RE MAKING THE SHOP SAFE FOR YOU

Entrance to the store

  • We will be limiting the number of customers allowed in the store at one time, meaning we will operate a one in, one out system
  • Upon entry, every customer will be asked to use hand sanitiser and given the option of a pair of latex gloves

Once in the store

  • One way system indicated by arrows to help customers maintain distance from one another
  • Markers when queuing to allow a 2m gap
  • Screens at the tills
  • You will be asked to drop your trolley and move to the side to allow our staff to scan items. Once complete, they will step back behind the screen to allow you to complete payment

Cleaning

  • Trolleys & baskets will be cleaned after every use
  • Credit card machines will be wiped down after every use
  • Key surfaces will be cleaned regularly

Our staff

  • Till staff will be wearing gloves at all times
  • All staff will be regularly washing their hands or using hand sanitiser
