HOW DO I JOIN?
Joining Olivers Rewards is super simple – all you need to do is download our app, enter a few details and you’re good to go – it only takes a few minutes!

COLLECT STAMPS FOR MONEY OFF VOUCHERS
- Scan your card each time you make a purchase in store
- Each time you spend £30, you’ll earn a stamp
- Collect 3 stamps and earn a £5 voucher, 3 more to earn an additional £10 voucher and then 3 more to earn an additional £15 voucher
- In the example below, the customer has earned 6 stamps, has already redeem their £5 voucher and is able to redeem their £10 voucher
FANCY A FREE TEA OR COFFEE?
- Scan your card each time you buy a hot drink in our tea room
- For each hot drink you buy, you’ll earn a stamp
- Once you’ve earned 9 stamps, your next hot drink will be FREE
- You card will then reset to zero and you can start collecting again

Q: What if I don’t have a smartphone or don’t want to download the app?
A: TBC
Q: How do I know if I have a voucher to redeem?
A: You can view your eligible vouchers in your app – once redeemed, they will disappear
Q: How many stamps can I get in one day?
A: The maximum number of stamps you can receive in one day (between 00:00 and 23:59) is one for each of the garden centre and the tea room cards
Q: Do the vouchers count towards the £30 stamp spend?
A: No, the value of the stamp is not included in the £30 minimum amount to receive a stamp
Q: How do I close my account?
A: Please follow the steps below, or ask a member of staff in store
In-App Steps to delete your APP account:
Step 1: Log into the app
Step 2: Go to the Account icon
Step 3: Select the Details tab at the top
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Permanently Delete Account’
Step 5: Enter App password, and tap delete.
Your customer record is immediately permanently deleted.
Steps to delete your Account if you have deleted your App:

with your customer number to advise you would like your account to be deleted.
